I would eat everything you make.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One small question/correction, the brine lists &quot;½ packed brown sugar&quot;.  I&#039;m assuming it is 1/2 cup judging from how brown the brine is. That&#039;s what I used and it was great.]]></description>
