What kind of tips do I have for busy moms who want to stay on a budget and get dinner on the table in a hurry? How do you raise a family with traditional values in a very non traditional world? On busy days how do I get dinner to the table quickly? Like many working moms, I don’t always have the time or energy to whip up gourmet meals during the week, so I cook smarter. I’ve found that cooking in bulk is the best way to save time and money. Cook once, freeze half, and reinvent the rest of the week.
Make a large batch of meatballs – freeze half for another week.
