Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail 
1 sugar cube
Splash of Angostura bitters
Splash or two of unsweetened pomegranate juice
Chilled Brut champagne
Sprinkle of pomegranate tendrils for garnish
Soak the sugar cube with Angostura bitters and juice
Pour chilled champagne over the sugar cube
Garnish with tendrils
Serve and enjoy!
